Job description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within scope, budget, and timeline, while managing communication between stakeholders, developers, and other teams to ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or roadblocks and adjusting plans as needed.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and management.
• Manage risks, changes, and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a tech or software development environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
